Pros

Highly configurable. Ergonomic. My hands are quite small, and still fit over it and reach all * comfortably. Triangulation texture is way cooler.

The scroll wheel is great, and the side-scroll wheel on the side is all i could've ever asked for in a professional mouse. Being able to switch between friction and frictionless scrolling with a simple click is great.

In all seriousness, this is one of my favorite things that i own. It still runs flawlessly. My work requires lots of travel and this mouse has been a lifesaver.

The mouse is great, my coworkers. There are videos that show you how to do it, but basically you take off the top shell and pop a piece of plastic back into place. It works like a charm.

The battery lasts a long time and when it does get low it recharges quickly. The micro usb charging is great.

Cons

Center wheel no longer scrolls for pages anymore. Many users have and complained about this issue for years. It is extremely frustrating and makes the mouse almost completely unusable. They all start to double click or flake out in other ways after a ... Read More

The battery life is so short that i have to plug it in to recharge every 3 - 5 days. When this runs out of charge, it quits working and needs to be taken out of service for recharging.

Vertically-stacked side * (forward/back) are awkward to use. Upper thumb * are not friendly. Constant activation of the defective side button just ruins the productivity rewards that the mouse can bring me.
