Quality

It has quality, the backlight comes in handy.

Also the mouse (logitech) is matched with the min receiver so i can use both with a single receiver.

My windows desktop has some issues with the bluetooth so i used the usb connector included with the keyboard.

Competitiveness

It's so nice at work where i use more than one divice side by side.

It's a bit more expensive than others, but worth the money.

I highly recommend this keyboard, i‘ve had the cheaper competitor versions, and they are not as nice or fast to connect.

But why am i giving it a 4-star instead of 5?

I am a fan of certain Logitech products. Prior this new MX Keys, I was using their highly rated K740 wired illuminated keyboard every single day for at least 10 years, maybe even 12 years, can’t recall. And frankly I didn’t need to upgrade it. It’s an awesome keyboard, or so I thought, until I tried the Logitech MX Keys. Holy cow!!! This keyboard is a total gamechanger and has in fact improved my typing in every way, both in speed and lower frequency of typos. I love this keyboard! But why am I giving it a 4-Star instead of 5? Because it’s going out of its way to insist on being Wireless.THE GOOD:Ultra quiet.Roomy keys.The subtle dimple in each key helps for precise landing of your fingers.The backlit is ultra-awesome. Every single key is so clearly visible in all lighting conditions including pitch black.Very good customization.The metal Graphite color option is really hip.THE BAD:Puzzling user interface programming by Logitech. They went out of their way to make sure that this keyboard should be as annoying as possible if you are using it for a desktop or any static situation.If you use it wirelessly, then you need to keep plugging it in anyway, every few days. Why would I want to do that, if it’s planted by my monitors at all times?Also, if you plan to use it wirelessly, the proximity sensor doesn’t respond fast enough for me. It’s lazy! So, the backlight doesn’t come on until you hit a key, if you’re a fast typer that is. The proximity sensor needs a full 1 second to turn on the backlight. That’s just too slow for me.However, you could just keep the unit plugged in and use it wired, right? Yes, except when the unit is plugged it the proximity sensor doesn’t work at all. When the unit is plugged in, a key MUST be pressed for the unit to come back to life. Sometimes it is nice to have the proximity option.Suggestion to Logitech from a fan.Offer a Wired Mode.In this new Wired Mode, when the unit is plugged in, the backlight will always remain on (like the K740, until the computer goes to sleep or is locked). There is already an option to kill (and dim) the backlight anyway.In this new Wired Mode, the green Battery Full LED light, will turn off automatically after a while. It will only come back on if the keyboard is charging or low on charge, which is unlikely in the Wired Mode.GET THIS KEYBOARDLook, the above complains are extremely minor. This is an awesome keyboard and in the Graphite color with the matching Gray/Graphite Palm Rest, it’s real hip. Read Less
