As for the 30 second sleep mode i dont find it to be an issue

Just note that there is an on off switch on the right side of the keyboard that you many not notice and therefore could mistakenly switch the keyboard off

Lag happens with this and all bluetooth keyboards and mice in windows because windows turns off your bluetooth hardware to save power
