The sound quality is great and the the fact that people can sync their mobile device to be used as a speaker and mic is an awesome feature. Video and audio is crystal clear.

Any move attempts results in the camera immediately returning to the lock position and require a reboot of the hosting pc to reset or power cycling the systeminstructions are nonexistent

Nope while you can manually adjustzoom there is no automatic tracking feature
