The controller is definitely more beefy and sturdy than the f310. The difference besides being cordless is that the bottom handles on the f710 angle down a little sharper.

The range on it is poor and you have to keep the controller pointing directly at it with nothing that also puts off a signal blocking the signal

Have to reset dongle every time i restart my computer
