Pros

Logitech clearly understands the meaning of customer service! I use it everyday ever since i got it and it is perfect! Perfect gift. Really stands up well to heavy usage. Satisfied with the product despite negative reviews.

Cons

The saitek yoke has great marketing pictures, very alluring, but. This is an awful product for the price it demands. I * the seller wlll send me one that works.

The design is flawed, but the decent on-paper specs are where this ends. The mounting hardware construction is flimsy plastic and it will break. Tightening to the point of usefulness results in bending of the brackets.

The rudder pedals and throttle work fine but the yoke is just a $150 pile of plastic. The throttle quadrant can't be used with another control yoke. The yoke works fine, but i get nothing from the throttle levers.

The yoke sounds like the springs are creaking every time i turn it. The pitch axis grabs and is jerky. The software doesn't even recognize that your turning it to the left until 5-10 degrees past the centering point.

Stay away from this flight sim if you want the precision that modern flight sims can provide. I could deal with those issues but the * for me was the backlash. You have to move the yoke in an unrealistic amount of direction before you would get a reac... Read More

Price

Excellent value for money especially for flight simulation on a small side budget

I guess for the price it is not that bad

Force feedback would be nice but i would expect a higher price

Shipping

Shipping was great and came in good condition

A little over a week later i received a brandnew not refurbished flight yoke and throttle quadrant system

Had a problem with missing instructions screws but seller sent them to me priority mail

Packaging/appearance

The product arrived in great packaging was easy to setup and functions with xplane and microsoft flight simulator

Competitiveness

I have had a great record of success with both amazon and their various product manufacturers standing behind their merchandise

But versus the other low coast yoke throttle combinations its the best
