Quality
Get yourself a quality grease gun and this adapter and you will be one happy camper.
Fits all the zerks on the driveshaft.
Doing a service on the motor grader the spring on my grease gun, which was basically new with the tip, broke, snapped in 2!
It is a very simple concept, good quality (been using for about 2 months), and comes with field repair kit if necessary.
Packaging/appearance
With this sucker, the ability to pinch and remove the tip from the zerk!
I admit, i haven’t taken it out of the box yet.
Competitiveness
I returned a competitor one that was about half the price after reading about size and function complaints on it.
It changed my life for the better, it is a hell of a champ.

I purchased a lock n lube on march 20, 2018 for my service trucks grease gun, specifically for the instances where the grease hydrolocks, builds back pressure, due to well, frankly lack of grease and a lot of equipment.

Its a serious issue for the standard lincoln tips because that pressure has no where to dissipate and when removing that tip in that instance, you might as well throw it away, one of the jaws that is critical to holding the seal down on the zerk is bent and in no time if those tips are not removed correctly each and every time, they will not seal.

There are a few around the place that require a smaller tip or can be a little difficult and easier to get to with a lincoln tip, for example the smaller u joints on the front propeller shaft of the back-hoes are smaller and there is minimum drive line angle and you cannot get this tip on or the 3 on the tub roller wheel bearings on the morbark 1300b.

Screwing around with stubborn zerks or picking slack from the other guys who aren't worth a dam is simply not an interest.
