It fits comfortably and stays in place. Adjusting and fitting the cup was pretty straight forward. Feels tight but not too tight thanks to its great fitting mechanism.
Easy to put on and take off. Dishwasher safe for cleaning and sanitizing. Recommended for all nak muays. My muay thai coach recommends this product to his students.

Bought this for muay thai sparring. It says in place even when worn over compression shorts. Allows me to take several direct kicks and knees to the groin with zero pain.
Incredibly comfortable. Allows easy access for restroom breaks. Excellent ventilation for the boys while keeping them safe.
Cons
Its like wearing a corset for your groin with bungee cords. Very uncomfortable, inconvenient to put on, way overpriced for a piece of plastic.

The straps around legs and waist are comfortable hardly notice them when wearing over underwear
