Shorts chapters make for an easy on-and-off read. Easy to understand, concise and to the point. Get this one first.
Everyone who's a trustee settling a trust needs to purchase this book. Ronald farrington sharp writes in english that is comprehensible to the non-legal individual. The last chapter alone on what trustees need to do is really good.

Apparently for most people a will is almost pointless — it doesn’t change the outcome if you didn’t have one and you still need to go through probate court
