Pros
It's like turning down the volume and turning up the bass. Depending on how far you insert them, they provide a higher or lower level of dampening. They're very comfortable to wear and i've had no problem with them falling out.

Cons
I use ear plugs when motorbike riding and i found these really uncomfortable with my helmet on. The plastic they use is quite hard and doesn't mould to the shape of your ear at all. Not fit for purpose.

This is to be expected as it is very difficult to attenuate bass frequencies

The plastic part to put in and pull out of your ear is just a couple of milimeters too long and extrudes past your ear canal slightly

Ive been riding motorcycles daily for around 15 years with no hearing protection and the wind noise has severely damaged my hearing

Ive tried and i cant but as already mentioned my hearing is already significantly damaged so thats probably why

They definitely do the job as far as noise attenuation and making everything quieter especially on the road without completely blocking out sound altogether
