I used the medium sized roller the one that comes on it hydrogen peroxide is what i had on hand so i used the handy little fluid resivoir to clean it before i used it

The directions were pretty descriptive on ow to use rolling 45 times with the size i used in a back and forth motion covering the majority of my face

This set comes with a little built in rank you can pour your cleaning fluids into i used peroxide because i had it in hand and the internet said it would work just fine

I will say that the little cleaning tank is really hard to use and i didnt feel like the head really fit in well enough i think if you have something larger to roll this in it would be best
