Pros

Works as it is advertised. Sturdy and a good addition to my extendable ladder. Now i can get the painting done on our cathedral stairway.

The platform stops you from leaning against the ladder for bracing. Makes it easier now to cut my high shrubs and hedges without fear of falling off the ladder and hurting my shins leaning on the ladder. I'm 240 and it held me perfectly.

Cons

The item is not as pictured and is falsely advertised. The description is misleading.

The platform is kludgy, awkward, and a little scary to use. There are two notched arms that hang on each end of the outer edge of the platform. Missing the forked ears to lock ladder when used for scaffolding.
