Pros

Easy to disconnect wires and just rewire same. Really just plug and play. The unit has several pre-punched holes that you can put screws through into the ceiling.

This unit has clean squared lines and looks presentable enough. It seems they have finally figured out how to ship it without the unit being demolished in transit.

Replaced garage light.

Cons

Not an electrician, but not a novice by any means. These are nice, once they are installed, but they are among the most difficult lights i've ever installed. These lights are as cheaply made as possible!

Led replacements only emit light over 180 degrees of the bulb and not 360 degrees like a florescent bulb does. However, the tube connectors are mounted at a 45 deg angle towards the outside.
