Quality
It is a good price, good quality, light and it shipped the next day.
Overall very happy with it works well for a laundry room.
It goes with the description of good design and workmanship but of very poor quality material.
So i have no idea about the quality of the ballast.
I made a couple mistakes putting it together, but figured it out as i went, and by comparing with the old one.

The plus is it is lightweight and does not require a lot of muscle and the price is right.

I had to use my dremel tool with a cut-off wheel to get the knockout all the way out.

It really didn't come with any mounting instructions except for a diagram of how to line up the bulb contacts but if you can take the old ones out you can put the new ones in.

Care must be taken as sharp edges will cut.

There is a wiring guide to follow in placing the receptacles in their proper locations, but with no specific instruction on snapping them into position, you have to look at the fixture to determine how they fit - but they do fit.

Cons - does not come with screws or washers to mount the light.
