I have a bit of experience in workarounds in terms of bras for backless dresses and many stick on bras say to try out the bra for a few hours in just casual clothes

Luckily my dress was tighter at the bust so it kept the bra in place and properly conformed to my skin but if your outfit doesnt feature this it could be a nogo unless youre fine with periodically pushing on the bra in order for it to stick more

It does try to bring the breasts together and create cleavage but not very successfully

If you have larger breasts it may work better but the way the push up works by pulling the breasts together in the middle not really literally pushing up is not ideal if youre breasts are not very large

This product is great for special occasions such as weddings prom or birthday celebrations were you would like to wear something sexy and backless andor strapless
