Pros
The taste is smoother than most teas because it lacks the tannin. You can add as much concentrate and sweetener of your choice. We mix with peach tea and it is absolutely the best!
To help with hydration, i add a quart of unflavored pedialyte to each 2 gallon batch. You control the strength of the final product, so it will suite your preference.
Convenient and tasty for iced tea. I just keep cold water in my cooler at work. Flavor is extremely good, nearly comparable to fresh-brewed.
It is very economical as 1oz, equals 1 gallon of tea.
If you want a quick cuppa, this works. It's decaf, so drink it all night, if you like.

Packaging/appearance
This product is great tasting and much easier to use than the luzianne stir and pour which is individually packaged
Unfortunately this is the 2nd time i have received partial bottles due to poor packing and leakage

Note that the cap used is not perfect at retaining the tea in the bottle

I have not had it spill on me but as i open the cap to pour some out there are smudges of dried tea on the part that slides to open the bottle so it can pour

I would recommend that that top be changed to one called a flipcap34 that has what looks like a little pipe that flips up to open and down to close
