Pros
This multivitamin contains all the necessary vitamins and minerals.
It's a little pricey but worth it because it does what it says. open immediately to make sure it's sealed. It sits in the door of my fridge.
Cons
The taste is very chalky and awful. The flavor is ok, but did nothing to help me sleep. This tells me the product is not using quality ingredients overall.
