Pros
Only complaint is the coconut flavor. Although the amounts of each vitamin do not seem like a lot in comparison to most pills, i feel that this absorbs and works better, so i feel like i am getting more out of this liquid than from the pills.
My kids usually end up in my bed, and will toss and turn all night but last night they slept soundly! I'm a light sleeper with my kids any sound they make i wake up and it’s harder to fall asleep. I have 2 toddlers and a baby…nobody sleeps through.
