Pros
Well done and great humour in your follow up. This is the only stuff that worked at the cottage. Worked great in the pond too.
Cons
Worst product to buy, never dries stays sticky forever. After 9 days it's still so tacky that if you stand in one place for a few seconds it peels off. Doesn't stand up to chemical at all.

I top coated the flat section with this product

I was pleased that the product actually dried and cured even as the temperature was only one degree above freezing on a cloudy day

Once im done all coats i will finish it off with placing on top the 12x12 ikea deck tiles to finish the balcony off

Went on beautifully took two coats started with a paint brush then went to a roller betterthe finish was amazing

I purchased the 5gallon pail and the area i covered was approximately 8 x 12

Oddly this product appeared brown when i opened it and applied the product but thankfully dries to black which is the color i asked for

Had a pesky corner leak in a gutter tried a few sprayon applications that were useless

Then i applied a coat or the liquid rubber and it rolled on amazingly just after one coat
