Pros

This is a replacement for a netgear r7000 which needed rebooted every 6 weeks. No more dropping internet and having to reset multiple times a day. Once it is set-up, it works great.

The only documentation i found with this router is a little postcard that says install the linksys app to set up the router but guess what? I spend hours trying to reconfigure or factory reset it to get it working again. It is currently stuck in a cor... Read More

It chooses when it wants to brick itself. Bought it in may 2021 and have had to factory reset it quarterly since.

The admin interface is clunky and very painfully slow. There were no install instructions in the box. The rest of the setup goes in a never ending circle.

When i change my wifi login password and it reboots and does not allow any wifi bands to broadcast. Tries forcing you to use your phone and their * app to set up the router.

For me this router stinks. More than frustrating. It's pretty pathetic that linksys has gotten this much worse one the past ten years.

I was happy to find a solid upgrade at a reasonable cost

It just workssetup in 5 min with the ios appwanport is 5 gbpswifi6ereasonably priced usd 143simple and quick setup

It’s not as fast as some nodes but for 40 a piece it doesn’t matter
