I followed directions and when that didnt work i massaged it extensively with very little effect i was very unhappy with how thin it was and thought the description of high loft was false advertizing

The small crumpled thing was thrown in a pile in the laundry room i meant to throw it away

If you buy this and it wont expand try the dryer and if that doesnt work washer and dryer
