Pros

Set is very sturdy and will surely withstand the roughness of a 4 yr old boy. My grandson plays for hours on my coffee table. My only regret with lincoln logs is that the sets do not include more of the longer logs.

Comes as pictured. Has plastic window and door inserts and easier pieces for roofs. The doors and windows are plastic as well but are acceptable.

Cons

The pictures are deceptive, as there aren't enough pieces to create all of the options pictured. The slightest bump from little preschool finger sends them crashing. It is not a toy i would recommend.

The majority of the pieces are the small connector logs. Disappointed in the craftsmanship of modernised logs. All of the photos in this listing as well as the listing it self say the logs are made in usa.
