Bought for a relative who was very happy with the quality and sound
Overall good quality pillows found them great for my tinnitus have fallen a sleep quicker with these pillows
Sound quality is nothing special and if youre using it with a phone or cd player the volume is adequate but not very loud
The sound quality is brilliant no matter which position i slept in

Many comments about similar music pillows mention the sound is inaudible but this one can be heard standing next to the pillow volume controlled by your device so therefore it should be effective enough
