Pros
Remarkably effective softening the punch from my remington 700. Made a huge difference. Much happier. This works great on rem. Adl that's about 50 years old.
Since my shot gun is so light it gave a decent kick and was going down the flinching road. Very little inconvenience for being able to shoot all day. I shoot a 300 win mag, this is truly a blessing.
The limbsaver is the only slip-on available in a small enough size to fit the hogue. The fit isn't exact, but it will work, and the price wasn't that bad. The medium is a perfect fit on nef pardoner pump 20ga.
Cons
This slip-on isn't very good. Truthfully, i expect that it would either have stretched out over time or ripped. It's also got a sticky surface and will snag your clothing as bring the stock up.

On a normal day if i fired 2030 rounds of 8mm mauser id be in pain but with the limbsaver the recoil is limited without affecting the mechanics of the rifle
