    Lights4u 5w gu10 led light bulbs (warm white 3000k 50w equivalent) are non-dimmable.

The lamp itself should fit into a standard gu10 spot light housing.

They’re just about as bright as 50w halogens, according to my camera’s light meter.

For example, if you run one for an average of 2 hours/day and pay 12p/kwh for electricity, you’ll save just under £4 per year in electricity.

So you’ll pay for the bulb in less than a year and then be in profit for 20 years, if they live up to the 15,000 hours claim.

These lights are good for 15,000 hours and 25,000 switching cycles, or at least that's what the box says.

I usually prefer osram / ledvance but others, like these are catching up - it's now quite hard to buy the really dreadful gu10s you used to see in 'bargain' shops, though there are by no means equal as the race to the bottom continues in terms of price.

Getting them in is tricky though, and i recommend using a rubber glove for extra grip, and make sure the bulb turns in the socket, otherwise it will fall out at some point.
