Pros

Works well, pleasantly surprised. Only complaint is the case lid does not open flat.

Product allows us to monitor his ears without constant trips to the pediatrician or ent doctor. Using it to scrape ear wax from kids ears safely and gently.

Much easier and brighter. Allows for great visualization. Not only that, it's very sturdy.

Cons

All of the tips are too pointy. It's like they designed them to go all the way to the eardrum. I find it deplorable that someone would send a return to a customer.
