D-phenylalanine has absolutely no analgesic (anti-pain) effect in humans. They are entirely uninterpretable and misleading. Purchasing and using them as a natural analgesic or source of an endorphin high is, in my educated opinion, a waste of money.

Lidtke says the label that used to read 34pain cravings34 is now 34minor pain34

I checked my current bottle with the label 34pain cravings34 and it has these ingredients in these doses riboflavin 2mg pyridoxal 5phosphate 2mg and dphenlalanine 500mg

The picture of ingredients shown here with the 34common pain34 label has the first 2 ingredients showing 5mg the dphenlalanine is still 500mg

If you still want the 34pain cravings34 label with the lower doses you should order the bottle that says 34minor pain34 but if you want the higher doses of riboflavin pyridoxal 5phosphate at 5mg then you should order 34common pain34
