Pros

Bought this for my grandma for christmas. Only complaint is if you're looking for a picture filled book, this is not the one. Every recipie is wonderful. Hardcover and sturdy.

Lidia makes everything easy and elegant. Lydia has a way of explaining things that is so simple, she shares her intuitive voice from the kitchen and presto! It’s all lydia.

Cons

Compared to most of her books, this one is very tired. Good recipes, but only has photos for 1/10 of recipes. The beautiful photos are a big reason to spend the money on a hardcover cookbook.
