Pros

Excellent quality, washes great and easily cleans, durable. Material is a little bit thicker than normal making them heavier.

The waist is elastic, but it is wide and strong. These shorts are sturdy but not real heavy. For sports like serious running, soccer or even fitness cardio they are a bit bulky compared with other shorts made specifically for soccer or running.

The pockets are a good size and my husband can fit his samsung in them. The pocket are great and prevent my phone and airpod case from falling out. The side pockets have really nice zippers to keep whatever is in the pockets safe.

Large fits perfectly. The drawstring helps customize the fit. Can be worn for casual use or could be dressy too with a nice shirt.

The zippers are still functional and have kept him from losing them in a cow pasture, muck pit, or even a couch. It has a great tie to use if he needs it.

Cons

The blue pair had a manufacturing defect where the right pocket was half sewn shut, rendering it almost useless. Zipper is fine, just the fabric inside the pocket.
