Review is after owning it a year too. They are amazing! I love that i can add or remove stuffing to make them perfect. I also love that they contour to my head and stay in that contour until i refluff them. My pillowcases are huge on it.

No odor. Once fluffed how you want it stays that way. The pillow guts can be removed and the shell can be washed.
The pillow is very firm and comes with additional filling to make it even firmer. Fill is adjustable. It comes with extra foam for firmer support.
Cons
Shredded foam just to firm and drenched in chemicals for me. Also, looking at the foam, it's got a lot of discoloring. The one is lumpy and flat now.
Pillows run quite warm, so don't believe the cooling memory foam promise. I want to specify just inner cover, the outer one zipped fine, but the zippers are so tiny worried about an issue with it.

To the points opened the box pulled out the pillow which was rolled up in a heavy plastic bag
The box included extra material if what they decided wasnt enough for each so weve got plenty of extras in the closet
I unpacked the pillow and saw how very high it was

I love the feel of these pillows but most importantly you can unzip and remove as much of the memory foam pieces as you need to make it the perfect height for your head and neck support
