Bread scraper is sturdy. The blade is sharp and cut precisely. The handle is sturdy and easy to handle.
Great mixer. Mixes well and cleans up easily. Made pizza dough and medovik. Quick breads (like banana nut bread), cookie dough, meatloaf and meatball recipes.
Works well. Love the design of this. Very pleased. Highly recommended. Highly recommend this.
Cons
No cleaning brush in the package even though the box and listing clearly say there is a cleaning brush. Design needs to improve that specific area.

Mixed the dough well with less effort
Unlike my first danish whisk this one the wire has a large enough gap in the bends that it is much easier to clean
Originally made for mixing bread dough i find it useful for mixing anything thick or stiff
