It is fast it is quiet and the best part is that it worked right out of the box

Please note i only have dvds and blu ray so i do not know if this works on 4k right out of the box

Competitiveness

Great for ripping my bluray movies have been using for a few months now

As shipped this drive will not read 4k bluray discs

You do not need a 32bit windows and all that dos related work as before

Having used several brands of bluray dvd drives decided to try the lg based on features and price point
