When playing dvd's the lower 1/5th of the screen is blurry. The player also skips the entry choices and goes right into the movie.
The unit has been sent back to lg two times. Looks like it will need to be returned, though i'm not sure how to do this with the current coronavirus lockdown. The replacement will not be received for 25 days.

However youll never get as good a picture that way compared to playing the raw uncompressed media from a disc
