The screws that were included were also a bit too small they wont go through the foam insulation when securing it to the window rendering it useless in securing it

I will say if your a plug in and go individual then your dreaming if you expect any portable air condition system to be that simple

The unit does not need to be drained often if setup correctly

Mine is setup so that the exhaust tube had only two very simple turns right at the base and directly at the window

Draining the system like i said above i rarely do it so its not so much of an issue now however as others pointed out the drain is inconveniently at the very bottom of the unit

Put something under the unit to raise it an inch or two

Using tape around the edges that you want to always keep sealed will take care of the air leaks
