After two weeks of follow up, the technical team is not authorizing the replacement. No bright image quality no perfect colors and no perfect clarity. Request lg to look into their support and honor the warranty on new products.

The photos of the product are slightly misrepresenting the product particularly the side profile

The stands are good looking however they dont seem strong enough and allow the tv to wobble around
