It does a quick contact backup and shuts down with no way to read what is on the external drive from the phone

You can transfer your pics from your iphone but its terribly slow took almost 6 hours and had to stop as phone battery died and not exactly intuitive

I bought this to back up my ipodpads and it really only backs up the pictures and not my documents and the app seems to crash quite a bit will doing it
