    The product provider shipped the spotting scope right away and was very helpful in attempting to get the serial number by contacting leupold.

    Cons:you need a rock steady tripod system otherwise the picture shakes in the breeze or when you touch it.

    I wasn't impressed with the bipod that comes with it, so i use a camera bipod that is more stable.

    The shock waves can shake things around me so the factory tripod was not sufficient.
