Pros
It uses a taa2008 audio chip. The bass/treble controls have a useful range.
Most ads are misleading and this lepy 2024a+ is no exception. Good value for £20 odd pounds. For the price it sounds surprisingly good.
This is a great little amp that i'm using to power a pair of denon bookshelf speakers. What a minefield mini amps are!
Cons
Using headphone socket on an android tablet as input, the lepy cuts out. Sounds hollow and tinny at low volumes and distorts like muse playing full blast through a transistor radio at high volumes.

For a smaller room it has plenty of output i run it through jamo bookshelf speakers and am very happy with the quality

I wanted to reassemble the amp upside down for fitting underneath a shelf but this was not possible without some machining

Switching on the amp with 10w speakers there was no hum or hiss at normal listening levels

At full volume with no input signal the hiss and hum is also inaudible
