Well no more the muffins come easily out of these silicone liners i did put a little spray in the bottom i read they stuck they just pop out

I was so sick of using the paper cups because my recipes use coconut oil which leaks through the paper and dirties the muffin pan

When lightly greased with coconut oil the sticky muffins came out easily
