Pros

Works exactly as advertised! Would recommend. The packaging, customer service of sophia, and product quality is outstanding. It is not often you get a product that has the right attention to detail devoted to the aesthetics of their product.

The stretcher is on the right side in the photos and videos. The kids love stretching for gymnastics at home.

Since this item is small, it is easy to carry and excercise while creating the same effect, i trust. The instructions card is clear and informative. It comes with a handy little pamphlet that gives you examples of how to use it.
