Pros
Mct oil blends well in coffee and in recipes calling for it. When blended with a smoothie, it's absolutely fine.
Helps curb appetite until lunch time. Helps me reach my fats for the day. It helps with keto and loosing stubborn weight.
This combination works like a charm. It is a little pricey, so i’m spending my money on faith that it’s working. This is 100% comparable to the zenwise mct oil.
This emulsified mct oil also improves the flavor. It hydrates, has antifungal/antibacterial properties, and is actually noted as smothering the yeast.
The squirt top avoids the oil dripping down the bottle. Live in ecuador and bring back several bottles at a time, no issues with spoilage. Would purchase again despite the top.
Cons
Has very pungent smell and after taste. There is a strange checmically/metallic taste to this mct oil. Just gave up on it and poured it into another container.
Crushed hard plastic packaging smells horrible until the fumes dissipate. The label made in the usa means packaged in the us. The coconuts are from malaysia.

Quality
After 3 days the skin infection cleared and the skins barrier is visibly healthier
The top has recently been upgraded and now i like how it pours and it no longer leaks down the side
They had to plate my ribs and of course inflate my lung which collapsed again after the surgery
These last 2 bottles not a single drop has been wasted not

This is what the recipe calls for and this particular brand of oil is priced right doesnt taste bad and does the trick
It is a little pricey so i’m spending my money on faith that it’s working
I shop the lowest price but sometimes you get what you pay for

The first day i took it i had flush of a bowl movement by early afternoon

It has no noticeable flavor so you can add it to coffee tea or cold drinks

It is an oil so it wont mix well and you will notice it on the surface of drinks but as i said it has no noticeable taste

As they instructed you may notice a little stomach upset at first so start with 12 or 1 tbsp at first
