It is smaller than i imagined the two lights used together will probable cover a standard size seed tray or used individually just a few small pots or one larger pot each perhaps 20 cm assuming the plants aren’t very tall

It is also a bit smaller expected so can only illuminate a smallish area or number of plants

The lamps themselves are quite weighty and the adjustable necks therefore are rather stiff

You can use both lights together to encourage both growth stages although if your plants are lacking in certain aspects for example the leaves aren’t growing you should focus on using the blue light vice versa for flowering by using red
