It clicks in easily to an existing slot on the tool with no disassembly/reassembly required. I work at a quarry and fish, a lot, and mines still hanging on like a champ.

Cons

The clip is not practical with the nylon sheath.

Leatherman doesn't warranty these clips and i suspect it's because they know there is a lack of durability. If you buy this know that it is far from durable. Too impractical for me.
