Pros

These arm pads are for the classic aeron. They're smooth, soft, and supple. Much more comfortable than the original rubber armrests. They have slightly softer foam, and the leather is a much more comfortable texture.

Great upgrade to the aeron chair. No problems whatsoever. Came in a box with herman miller logo on it.

Easy to install with a phillips screwdriver in less than five minutes. Unscrew the old ones, reuse the screws and screw the new ones on.

Cons

The leather feels cheap, thin and almost fake. The padding is also thinner and harder than the synthetic one so this is also a downgrade on the comfort side. Original aeron leather surface is much more fine.
