Pros

No crazy caffeine rush, take with lots of water, they are horse pills, but worth it. Even throughout the day i’m not continuously burping up some kind of vitamin.

Weight lost is calories in < calories out. I am 37 years old, 5’6, 125 lbs and am conscious of what i consume, so these are working well for me.

Cons

Lean xt is a bust for me. The flatulence is definitely real with this and unpleasant. Products that say take 30 minutes before meals, is impossible as not everyone eats on a regular schedule.
