The problem came when 7 months later 3 of the bulbs stopped working

Customer service however was dedicated to making it right and quickly issued me a refund for the 3 bulbs that failed

I did not expect that and was surprised by how much they seemed to genuinely want to know exactly what happened so that they could improve the product as well as issue me a refund

But one drawback is that 3 of the bulbs dont work anymore so the life span seems not that good

They type of light they produce is different than other type bulbs so if youve never had leds you could be put off by the light these display
