It gives you the right amount of support on your legs when using it so you dont feel uncomfortable and if you have a chair with a back on it that you can lean back in you can almost feel like you are laying down just be careful so that you dont fall asleep in it because if you do you wont get any work done lol i would recommend this to any one who wants to be more relaxed when sitting at the computer or if you travel on the plane i have not tested it out on the plane yet but if it feels like it do at home i will be much more comfy on the plane
