It comes with a very small booklet of instructions with very minimal information and only two troubleshooting steps if there are problems neither of which fixed the problem

There does not seem to be anything supporting the existence of this company other than the product itself although im sure amazon would have gladly refunded my money within the 30day limit

I plugged the adapter back into the input port it came right on

The battery was completely discharged when it first came on but six hours later it was about 34 charged

The fan on the inverter makes a little noise but not enough to keep me awake

I cant in good conscience give it a five due to the problems i had when the package arrived and the lack of support contact information in the packaging
