It helps but not as much as i had hoped. No glare on the surface.

Cons

I am pretty disappointed and this is going to be a chore to pack back up and send it back to where it came from. Cheap junk. I'm disappointed that it was deceptive.

The bulb is okay, so it must be the transformer or ballast. I have another lamp by the same manufacturer that has a semi opaque cover in the exact same shape. This has a bendy head which i expect would be bent and 5 feet tall with it bent as shown in ... Read More
