Pros & Cons

Pros

If your source is a clean, high-fidelity source, it's worth the money. Worth every penny. Saved me from making a much bigger investment.

The existence of a power button addresses any concerns i had with the unit dominating connections over others. Works as advertised. My two complaints. Other than that it works great.

Cons

Range is low and antenna cannot be extended with another antenna from a wifi router as it has the wrong end on it. No difference between a $15 bluetooth receiver vs this one. Will return and try another one. Auris blue me is much better.

Quality

The sound quality on this bluetooth receiver is amazing

Easy setup intuitive bluetooth pairing works well thru our mdtape rca inputs to a traditional receiver

After about 6 months of usage their was a lot of static coming from the receiver

Fyi i did try using the phono input jacks but the sound quality was poor probably because of an impedance mismatch

Price

I got this at more than 50 off regular price so with that price it is worth it

At 85 or so bucks this was a steal

Was looking for a hirez audio solution without buying a network streamer and spending 1000

I tried a 25 wireless bluetooth receiver for my studio speakers just so we could casually play music on them without booting up...  Read More

The output volume is good i personally would prefer a volume knob

I have an android phone and my bluesound node n130 annoyingly neither has chromecast support or ldac codec support for my youtube music subscription

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I have a high quality dac hooked up to the node and so i was looking for a bluetooth receiver with ldac support and optical out into the node to run everything through the node and this fit the bill

I also considered the 1mii b06pro and the 1mii b06hd models but the former did not have a power off switch and the latter only works in battery mode

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I tried playing both 2496 and 24192 music files over the ldac connection and both worked flawlessly through the optical out

Unfortunately this particular model does not have a screen to show the ldac bitrate being used

I have 3 aftermarket amps in my suv
